yeah that's me too. I always have the broker e-mail me confirmation of exactly the customer wants. just about every load comes back to the same customer so I have gotten to know them pretty well. every load I do for them has multiple picks and generally multiple products. appreciate the comebacks on it.

When i was pulling a reefer back in the 90's I hauled a load of onions and apples from Washington State, going to Wisconsin, I thought the apples would pick up the smell of the onions but no problems, had to stop once in a while and open both doors to vent the trl. had no problems with the delivery...

I sometimes pick up mixed dairy out of the midwest states. Frozen up front and refrigerated at the back with a barrier door down.

About the only thing I mixed was like fruits with maybe three pickups I would have Tangerines, nectarines and plums going to a customer that couldn't handle a full load of that stuff.

Meats and frozen that stuff is usually cross docked. I did have a Walmart cross dock load one time that broke down to 138 pallets, lol. It took the poor girl 7 hours. I got good detention on that one and plenty of sleep. I like getting paid to sleep.
