There’s a lot of good friends here Let me repeat what I said earlier I’am not mad .. Truthfully I have to many irons in the fire and I have a project that I need to stay focused on which is to the point it is requiring my undivided attention.
Again for the record there’s some things said in a few posts that I don’t agree with and it’s reminds me of some things I don’t care to relive or be a part of is all That’s pretty much the story
Hell I haven’t even been back home n the muck boots lately to see what’s going on at the homestead. I sure don’t have a lot of spare time to spend at the new beer joint either.
So hopefully them members that stopped posting here because of the 100 year old debate Ford vs Chevy will start posting again since that’s a no go topic here
Anyhow just thought I clear the air so there’s no misconceptions , and to warn Ya’ll I check in on ya when time allows it
Adios, compadres, asta la vista !

After hearing that since the recent storms that Chicago , Joliet and nw Indiana are pot holed tire blowing hell from @Suspect Zero I decided to bypass Chicagoland on my run to napoleon Ohio from omaha .
With lots of time I stayed on 74 into Illinois to Peoria where I picked up us 24 and ran it all the way to napoleon oh .
It's about 30 miles further and other than the stretch from Logansport ind to napoleon its 2 lane all the way from east Peoria but a very good road !
Had zero encounters with idiots and of course no Chicago!
    The k@h travel plaza @ gilman Illinois has an excellent restaurant...us 24 and I 57 .
I stuck close to the speed limit ...I recommend it if you like Americana and are not a hold it on the floor type.
My dining experience at Gilman included a long conversation with a 90 year old retired air force vet that still enjoys coyote hunting .
    There ya have it !

tramm01, intrepidor, Feedman and 10 others Thank this.
