    Got played hard.

    Scranton PA Department of Labor has the case.

    No answer to my correspondence via text, phone, or email.

    I believe that they're doing business, just for whatever reason, are no longer communicating with me.

    Got off the truck on June 29th, and the teammate refused my calls and texts about returning to the truck after the weekend. The one call back to me from Lucifer Morningstar was July 3rd where he promised to pay $3000 gross wages on July 5th via direct deposit and then another $3000 gross wages on Monday, July 9th, with the remaining $1500 gross wages owed paid out the following Monday. I've not had a return correspondence afterwards upon a signed receipt of US Postal Service mail of a letter demanding back wages and texts etc.

    Emotionally, I'd like to slash tires, uncouple trailers, glad hand lock trailers, etc. but this is not acceptable. I do not want to do business this way.

    So, $7500 is my gross back wages plus a few dollars for tolls over bridges and the PA Turnpike.

    Don't forget to have them calculate interest if and when you get a judgment against them. And from someone who is coming from construction, when and if you get a judgment against them, ask for an immediate lien against the company assets.

    How does one get $7,500 in wages behind with a company?
    Must be an awesome paying job to make that in a week, as that the length of time they have to pay me...
    If I'm not paid on Friday, on Monday I'm starting another job.

    Morningstar trucking PA does exist- Ive had a lady call me a couple times to recruit me.

    to the OP: you said you called sent texts etc.... Have you gone IN PERSON and talked to them? If I was owed even $500 I would be there in person with either a Sheriff or Police Officer demanding my money. I would bring all paperwork to prove what was owed plus I would be video taping and snapping pictures in case it goes to Court.
