You've worked for some highly reputable companies. I'm shocked none of them worked out.

Sometimes it is the common denominator.

Transforce, the Temp to Perm Truck Driver Employment Service??

How did the other listed companies
    ??

With Current Electronics in Trucks, How Is A Driver set up to do the "wrong thing"??
Fail to use COMMON SENSE (which appears to be growing)??

You are AWARE that all your listed Companies HAVE Long Time Drivers, so, it's highly likely it's NOT the Companies at fault.

I was at PTL ONCE, for 6 months through a Leased On Owner Operator.
There were 2 of us Drivers for the O. O. The other guy wasn't any better than my attitude.
I went through 3 Dispatchers because I was a whiny punk and wanted what I wanted when I wanted it regardless of their stated, on paper during Orientation, Rules/Requirements.
    I was another A HOLE.
I DID NOT blame Paschal Truck Lines nor did I ever "warn anyone"!

I've done some things in Trucking that got me what I deserved: Negative Nitwit gets Negative Awards.

    CHEERS!!

Care to elaborate on which company you work for?

The issue runs both directions though. Companies don’t follow their own policies. Their own pay structure in many cases. They lay out very specifically what their accessory pay is for example and then you find out each and every time you’re supposed to qualify for that accessory pay you get it maybe 1/10 of the time and that’s if you literally threaten to quit or something like this. They piss off drivers and it’s literally part of their business model.

companies also get a pretty good feel for what your personality type is and they take advantage of it. But I agree, especially in this day and age there are a lot of people who just don’t wanna work too. They aren’t capable of running hard or doing things in a safe manor. After coming up on five years of being out here I have learned there is a lot of games that go on in this industry. It’s unlike any other industry I’ve worked in.
