Motorist does a uturn in front of semi

There was no video on that livetrucking page but here is another video of a u turn on a highway below--

 

Please edit the clip, cut off at least two minutes from the front or tell us the time stamp to go too.
Looked like a few other skid marks in the snow there, seems to be a popular place to u-turn.

The suv and big truck both share blame.

The suv made no attempt accelerating to hwy speeds after the u-turn. Probably fumbling around with an indash gadget.

The big truck driver seems to have panicked and pretty much froze up. Gotta be faster backing out of cruise control.

That dashcam is not gonna help the trucker in this example.

 

I hardly ever use my cruise control why do you assume he was using his.

 

+1, truck driver was probably starring at phone or gps. I think he should've completely avoided that.

 

Me neither. Cruise bores myself and allows my mind to wonder.

The truckers consistent speed throughout made me think cruise control. Almost like the driver had no idea how to cancel it out.

To get maximum speed out of a governed truck. I wouldn’t be surprised if the truck maxed out @ 65 mph if that’s the case.
