    As the vehicles in the left lane came to a halt, an oncoming tractor trailer failed to slow down and crashed into the line of stopped traffic

    Is it just me or are some of these articles poorly written.

    when it comes to this type of accident, i say take away the CDL for life.

    i am sick and tired of this type of accident of "failure to SLOW DOWN........"
