Moving from Schugel to Magnum Ltd

Hey there folks, I'm currently at my 1 year mark. While I enjoy j&r schugel and have a kick-### dispatcher, I am moving on to Magnum Ltd bc it's a better pay rate and insurance, As well as the Pete's and higher miles. It's nothing personal just buisness I'm out here for work not fun ya Kno. Just looking for some general information on Magnum, Tony seems like a good guy and I was wondering if you all could fill me in on the company and how to handle dispatch. Wat things to be aware of and general new guy stuff. Are there any tips for the driving test u can give me. Like routing or sudden emergency stops etc. Wat are their biggest customers, average length of Haul, maintenance schedules. Etc
