The traffic is WORSE than LA. Summers are the worst. People are not friendly, friendly state my ###. Got out soon as I could after 44 years. DFW will be the second largest metro area in the states by 2050. Hell hole, big city small minds.

Some places are considerably cheaper than others. I live in Mesquite, just east of Dallas, and housing is relatively cheap over here.

Dont let that secret get out. Every yuppy from everywhere else will be clamoring to buy up every house they can and "flip it" for a profit.

Well, I drove through Dallas last weekend at 0100 on Saturday and I didn't have a problem.

Yes. But the customer is assisting as well.
You just stack it down so they can roll it off.

If there no dock.. you tailgate it.

Most places have a dock that get any amount that is noteworthy.

Part of the reason that traffic is terrible is the absurd amount of construction. In a few years, it should be a lot better as roads get widened and interchanges are added/rebuilt.
