Looking at other options. I may go back to dryvan, at least for a while. I got some really good suggestions in another thread a few months back. Admittedly, I have a few requirements that really narrow down my options, one of which being that I won't work for a company if they don't have a terminal within 200 miles of my home.Last edited: Mar 7, 2023
LtlAnonymous and Cat sdp Thank this. -
MSWS,
Thank you for your detailed post. While I know absolutely nothing about this company's inner workings, I can tell you that they are just another OTR company. I will also tell you that you are an "at will" employee. It means whatever they say or put in writing means absolutely nothing. They can change what they say on a whim and you have no recourse. Having said that, with all of your endorsements, you are worth a lot more than Schneider can pay. Good luck on your search.LtlAnonymous and MSWS Thank this. -

John N John comes to mind..... @Chinatown might have some suggestions as well.
Sorry you got screwed, but I'm proud that you had the nertz to tell them to hang it and walk out.
Well done.Loudstacks, Lonesome, MSWS and 3 others Thank this. -
This post should serve as an example to everyone looking to come on TTR and complain.
To the point but detailed, and not overly emotional or whiny.
Well done.
.38 CPM is an insult, I don't care about their hourly pay.
And $1,000 per week is you insulting yourself. $1,500 with a couple good healthy days off at LEAST every other week (if not EVERY week) should be your minimum. It's 2023, driver. Get paid, and have time off.Loudstacks, hotrod1653, bzinger and 7 others Thank this. -
I had to double check the date of the OP, thought it might be 2018 or something.MSWS and LtlAnonymous Thank this.

2008, even. I topped out at 36 CPM at Schneider in 2005/6.MSWS Thanks this.

I can’t believe our in house Schneider trainer hasn’t stopped by to explain the changes and why they are important.
