My CDL and Drivers Licence Have Been Cancelled?

A phone call or email is not a legal notice.

 

So if I am reading this correctly you had the opportunity to prevent this when you CDL was issued. You had to know you had an automatic restriction but yet when BMV issued the license no restriction was listed.
I probably would have done the same thing and just rolled with it but you gambled and lost.

 

And remind me of where that BS landed you?

Look, I do the job for others everyday and I probably would have done the same thing here thinking and hoping that maybe I got away with one. But you knew it was incorrect and you took the risk.

 

It's probably also against their policy due to scammers not to call people. I know the IRS says they'll never call you.

 

I know if the IRS does call me they won't hear me answer.

Where I live, .... it's so small I can just yell and the whole town can hear me.
If it's long distance, I send it by carrier pigeon.
Pigeon flies too close to a microwave tower and is instantly incinerated,
PooF!

Then I get a pre-recorded message from the carrier
(pigeon) ---
I regret to inform you that do to circumstances your long distance communication can not be delivered.

Some good advice that my step-dad gave me is to have at least $10,000 in the bank at all times. He made it though all of 2020 with covid and all with only working maybe a total of 2 months. Although he works in a different industry though. But he still can see the same slowdowns. He came up from nothing, never having anything good in life, even into his middle adulthood. And now he's making $30,000+/month net. Sometimes $40,000 if they're keeping him busy.
