    Hey,
So I started at Danny herman trucking 8 months ago it was great at the time when started you needed 1 year safe driving experience went to 6 months experience now it's down to 3 there hiring all these noobs from swift England etc.. last 3 months has been bad picking up trailers with missing mudflaps flat/bald tires etc.. Loads have become short for me a solo driver sitting waiting for a load example gave me a load 1523 miles on Thursday delivery on Monday today ..Sat 2 days now I'm empty and there saying probably tomorrow. I have 2 year safe driving experience with 1 ticket for being in the left lane should I make a switch thinking of raven transport or a relay style job

Also when the short runs started and muti drops I told them I came to this company for the length of haul and if I wanted to do short runs with 3-5 stops I go work for Old Dominion and I started getting g good runs again..

Take pictures every time you swap trailers so you don't get blamed for being the idiot.

What about Holland Enterprises or Don Hummer Trucking?
Raven has a good reputation with drivers.
Are you in Texas or Colorado?
If you're in Texas look at A&R Logistics.

if your company would quit hiring drivers or rather newbies you would be getting the miles.if that's all you have is one ticket I don't see this being an issue with any companies.I don't know anything about raven transport but I would be looking for a company that's picky on who they hire.there's a good chance theyre one of the best in the industry.

Drove through Dallas today! Chinatown would be the guy to talk to about companies when I was looking he had alot of good info!

But seriously Swift and CR England are like top notch I heard their drivers get like 4000 miles a week at like .56 a mile with all new kenworths......and then pigs fly out the smoke stacks with motorhead playing.

It's the area man. It's growing pretty rapid here. Finding qualified drivers not pissing hot plus lack of drivers is forcing good companies to hire from starter companies and schools. Almost all the LTL's are hiring these types of drivers even Old D here.

Why complain about sitting for 2 days over a long holiday? Fright is slow right after New Years I wouldn't worry about it just yet
