Well, this isn't my thread, so I don't post new stuff here. Things are going reasonably well, but not as well as I would like. Just replaced a set of batteries because the last batteries Freightliner sold me were not the ones specified for my truck.

    ABRO Transport Thanks this.

@ABRO Transport started it. So i was curious how things were going for him. So you work at crete? It's one of the company's that keep calling me about a job. My wife and i are a team but where we're at isn't really a team co. Eventually we're gonna have to find something with higher pay and more consistent miles.

ABRO Transport and Farmerbob1 Thank this.

If I was an established team I would be looking at the ltl companies doing linehaul. From what I gather it's set runs every week so consistent paychecks. R&L, Old Dominion etc.

This thread is a good read. Their paychecks look good to me.

Husband and wife team starting with R&L Carriers

If only she knew how much easier they are to pull than a 53'. Hooking up a set takes more work, but that's when she elbows you out of the bunk to help. :D

There is a team only company I heard about, on the tip of my tongue but the name escapes me. Red tractors with cool graphics on the trailers.
