The recruiter works for Holland, but the answer to cents per mile was, "depending on how the stars align with the moon on a rainy night is how much you'll get paid." He acted as if it was Top Secret and didn't want to say.

It WAS optional. You choose either weekly or biweekly. Not sure about now.

He says that it depends on my driving record, safety record and how much experience I have. So he has all the information, but still can't give me a straight answer. Every other company I have spoken with tells me up front what I will be starting out at, but not Holland.

I think they'll probably tell me once I'm done with orientation, which I won't waste my time with if he can't be up front with me.
