My experience with Knight Refrigerated

DONT DO THAT, make sure you give and work out your 2 weeks notice! It will suck, and they will go out of their way to make it suck...BUT you and i both know Knight will Destoy your DAC if you dont, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writting and take lots of pictures of your truck when you turn it in, make sure its CLEAN inside and out even if you have to pay the $30 for a Blue Beacon to wash it. No matter how pissed you get, dont let yourself do that, always leave on the best terms you can even if you dont want to drive anymore....leave it as a option.


As far as the exhaust goes, if while driving its BAD inside yes do not drive it, trust me you'll get very sick, been there done that.

Don't play their game Smaggs. Be cool, don't react and ruin your DAC; win this one. You know how to out smart them. Forget about Sue, that girl likes rich guys.

 

Smaggs, turn on your video camera and put all this on YouTube. People are watching your videos thinking knights all great because thats what your telling them.....you might wanna straighen that out....

They do have caller I'd in their phone system. When I used to work there and would call in they would say hey(insert my name here) b4 I even said a word. So more than likely if they know u r pissd they will avoid u to defuse the situation(I don't know why it pi$$es me off more to be ignored)lol. Good luck smaggs and quit the right way. Be careful I have heard stories of people giving their notice then knight firing them out on the road and they have to ride the grey dog home.

 

I was 700 miles out and told them I quit. One up'ed them with the fact that I was more than willing to purchase the fuel. A load magically appeared delivering about 5 miles from my house. After about a year of thinking it would get better it just kept getting worse. I cringe when I think about working for that company.

So I delivered that load and then had to return their truck. I lived about 20 miles from a yard but was based out of a yard 250 miles away. Went home for about a week got all set up with my new job, where I'm still at, and finally returned that POS truck, cleaned up for the next victim, too those stupid retarded idiots. That was the best day of my life. The day I quit Knight. I'm amazed at these people that chock Knights inadequate existence to "just trucking" yea good luck with that outlook.

Use your friends phone to call them. Politely explain the situation and see what they say. I know it must be tough to be in the position you are in but for your sake please do not ruin your DAC. If you feel that bad, send them a message stating that they have your two weeks notice. Good luck.

Hey smaggs knight that f'd upped? Was thinking knight be a choice forms but reading all your post man they seem to be real crappy to say the least. Knight seems to be lousy how can they keep filling seats. Now I'm looking at prime inc for there student traing but have read some bad about them too. Not sure which way to go. Wish you all the best bro and keep the videos going love them.
