Has your trainer soiled himself yet (aka crapped in his under trousers)? If not, he hasn’t stressed you as much as he could’ve!

You have come to this very blessed place, learn to live in it with rules and regulations based on Language you'd have to gasp, otherwise.. well, it is a lot much more better, than what you've had in the country you have come from. It is just the way it is, lean, be patient, suck it up, move on and be thankful, that someone is getting paid to train you.. you don't pay those folks enough to deal with tell, tell, tell, show and slam the door..

Hang in there man. Soon you'll be on your own. There are a lot of rough characters in this business and I know it can be tough. I've had to pull a few guys aside at my old company and politely as I could tell them to adjust their tone or we would have a problem.

I've decided to start my OTR career with Schneider since the training is just 2 weeks classroom and 1 week OTR with a trainer and the trainer sleeps in a hotel and you have the truck to yourself. No bunk beds or sleeping while the truck is rolling. Months of teaming with some loud mouth stranger would send me packing for sure.

Meaning, you need no job. Nothing will distract me my own self, especially in "training", when I NEED a job. Weak ppl...

PS: One week with trainer and then months with loud someone? Can there be any sense in what you are saying?

Could ya be a little more specific? I just love juicy gossip!

    - Did ya threaten to whoop the fire out of ‘em?

    - Use their never nevers for a speed bag?

    - Give a ‘em raccoon eyes for Halloween?

You would not call me weak to my face. I guarantee that!

No I just said hey man. I'm not your son. I'm not going to put up with you barking orders at me so are you going to adjust your tone or am I going to have to walk out of here? They usually get all smiley and friendly after you check them. It's good to be humble and follow orders but you shouldn't put up with some abusive jerk who's finally in a position of power so he's going to crack the whip.
