Arnold was a good company for me up til 2010 holidays, when they decided to fire 200 drivers for what ever reason.. and when i mean fired, i mean told to resign... Staff is a piece of #### and will #### with your pay...u use to get home every weekend but thats dead, u have to live in Texas for that treatment slip seating 20 tractors only .....benifits suck, and knowing usxpress is owner, make u turn your head... OTR as a whole is a ####### joke.. that is why 9yrs till i quit... i was not fired but i quit cause horrible communication about being over paided!!! for all u Arnold driver who have woke up i love u my brothers!!! for the ones who have'nt, walking threw the darkness backwards blind... God be with you..
I DID APPRECIATE THE WAY THEY TOOK CARE OF THEIR EQUIPTMENT. Jimmy D in the Jax terminal is a pretty good guy, other that that.......
