Need advie please

I been with swift now for 4 months. been solo for 3 months. My question is.....Is it to soon to make a company change? My record is perfect at this point. Im making a good solid driver. My on time is 100%. Western Express is trying to hire me. Swift is alright but having some trouble with them nothing I cant tough out. Is It to early for me to try and get in with a smaller company? Would western be a better move.? I don't want to mess up getting into a smaller company later by looking like a job hoper but at the same time if I can make a move to better my situation and not mess myself up later down the road I may take it. I know all this boils down to me making a decision base on where I need to be but any and all advice would help thanks.

 

I can tough it out here, at times not that bad, I want to step up in this field but do need more experience.

 

pay good, the issues are really beside the point, im somewhat happy here but do have issues, they want to add camera, 62mph truck, auto trans in near future. little to no respect cause of the swift logo on side of truck. I make good money but feel like I can do better.
