I’ve never had to worry about altitude routing. I can say that running at night will be colder and thus a lower density altitude and less likely that the bags pop.

Ok fine. I offer two thoughts. Cheyenne is one and I think US 287 if you can get down that far to it.

I understood your position completely and if caught between two evils I rather not deal with the dysfunctional company intent on extracting a gallon of blood for a burst bag.

Call the company and ask them what routes did they last haul potato chips successfully. Then follow that.

The more I think about it, the more I am convinced there aren't any routes under 6000'. You might stay under 6000' by going down to I-10 then work your way up through Limon, CO from El Paso. But that adds DAYS and MILES to the route.

I read an article on here last week about a dude hauling potato chips from Oregon and he got lost in the woods and took a 3 day hike to get out, after he ditched the truck on top of a mountain at the end of a dirt road. I guess you're the replacement. Good luck

If this is true, I wonder if OP did not get conned into this load by an unscrupulous broker.
Is this the reason they did not provide a route ?
Let him figure out that he got screwed once he is loaded ?

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

Oh I get it, this whole thread was someone's idea of a practical joke.
They used a burner account because they did not have the huevos to make the joke in their own name.
    Fooled me.
