Need help choosing

Hello! I have been thinking about going with USA truck but have been trying to do research with other trucking companies pay rates and was wondering if anyone knew if they have (1) layover pay (2) detention (3) breakdown pay (4) nyc pay??? I tried looking at their website for this info but was not able to find anything. Any help is appreciated!
