JFW hires new people to end dump. They train end dump and sometimes hire noobs or get their cdl’s.

You can always pull up Google Earth and hunt around for where the local yards are and then go ask if they are hiring. A long while back I used to load belly dump trailers with road base but I'm enough of a newbie that I'm not sure what you haul in an end dump. Sugar beets maybe? Try the Greeley area for that if they don't use end dump for construction, etc along the front range.

JFW Corporation -- Trucking and Excavating
They have the nicest equipment also. Lots of Pete’s and Freighters with power and their trucks do 70mph. The pay is decent for being home everyday. My buddy made good money 65k-75k a year. Them and western have the nicest equipment around here but I think you can make more money at jfw without being OTR. -
There so much road work coming down the line with the BIG i70 project all end dump companies here need bodies bad.
