Sorry for the double posts and I am also from Orlando florida
-
I have to ask why you didn’t pass Prime’s road test.
-
I drove a automatic on the road and drove a manual for about 5 hours and tested on the manual
Need4Speed Thanks this. -
I really liked prime
-
Lack of training.
So, they told you to go?
Why not just more training?Steve506 Thanks this. -
I failed the road test all 3 time but it was like i still only had 5 or so hours on the road with the manual with a trailer i did get to drive around the pad a bunch. I needed more training on the road I maybe drove 700 interstate miles the hole time in the automatic
-
That all 700 miles? Should have had more miles then that. Plus you should train in what your going to drive.
Sorry but your training wasn’t good.Steve506 Thanks this. -
Yep I do have a 2 year dot card and my cdl permit I know stevens transport will except me still I know PAM transport will not anyother ideas or suggestions where I may not have to start all over again

Go on and get trained with Stevens Transport; it's only a 12 mos. commitment, then you can move on. Stevens does have a reputation for excellent training.
You can also apply for "Driver Trainee" at Sygma Network and McLane Food Service. You'll get the cdl through on-the-job training while running teams. Not all terminals/warehouses have this position available, so apply and find out if there's an opening near Orlando.Steve506 Thanks this.
