buying used cars. buying someone else's problem. i drive a 97 jeep Cherokee with 290k miles on it. I'm capable of repairing and maintaining my vehicles and do so meticulously. I doubt I'll ever own a new vehicle. I came close to buying a new wrangler but 9 years without a car payment was tough to let go of. I'm a car guy and have no trouble turning wrenches or finding parts. when the 4.0 in this xj gives up the ghost I'll rebuild it and keep it rolling. eff new cars and their ridiculous prices and depreciation.

    Terry270 and Mike2633 Thank this.

Everything we have, we've always paid cash for. It's always easier that way. 99 Tahoe, paid $2500. 93 F150, paid $1500. My baby, 91 Ram D250, paid $900 (got lucky and guy let me make payments, but it's paid for, free and clear.).

Nothings wrong with the Astro any more I just replaced the entire fuel injector system on Tuesday so there's $1,400 bucks the new owner will not have to spend. Have receipts and everything to prove it. The reason I am selling both is because a friend of mine and I ran a small town car service these were both of our vehicles were not doing that business anymore and I have no use for them.

The Suburban has 188,000 I'd let it go for $5,000 which is Kelly Blue Book actually a little lower then Kelly Blue Book.

The Astro van is clean up, down and all around, it might need tires in the future, but it's not brand new and I'm only asking $3,500. Like I said runs like brand new , has a new O2 sensor and new Fuel Injector system all brand new and all under warranty.

Ok thanks. I'll think about it. Wish the suburb had a few less miles. Already have one with 250k.

Well if I didn't just change jobs and have a take home truck I would jump on it. And I'm in Ohio. I personally likes the Astro vans

Cleveland, Ohio the van is very clean it was garage kept by me and the previous owner who really took care of it pretty well have a stack of papers to prove it. I looked underneath it and the van is actually very clean underneath, I mean there's some normal stuff, it's not new, but it's really very good.

The Suburban on the outside and underneath is pretty clean as well better then average. I mean it's not perfect it's not new after all and I'm only asking $5,000 not $50,000 grand which is what a new one now a days costs, but it's in good shape runs good drove it to Pittsburgh and back this week. Has new rear breaks the fronts are solid.

Oh oh oh that's another thing had some minor front end work done to the Astro just a barring adjustment and stuff nothing major and the mechanic said the Astro's breaks look like brand new and the thing does break very well so I mean the big big things it's all there.
