I have 16 mos exp driving, and was fired/quit from my first and only driving job. Now it seems as though I cant find anyone else to hire me or take me in and show the REAL DO'S and DONT'S in driving. Have I been black balled by my former employer? I am a new driver and really want to learn. Can anyone help me??

I made mistakes. Yes I admit it. I cant say that I didnt know better but I was doing my best. Still mucked up.

What mistakes?
Mistakes like you lost your bills before they were submitted to payroll?
Or you backed into a dock and bent the hell out of the icc bumper?
Or you slammed on your brakes so hard you had a load shift?
Cmon, dont be secretive, own the mistake and tell us what you didLast edited by a moderator: Aug 28, 2016
Toomanybikes and rachi Thank this. -
Rookie mistakes like pulling thru a Wal-mart parking lot watching my tandems, when i also should have been watching the front left end of my trailer and hit the ### end of a parked truck. No ticket was given here, or rolled thru a gate was told that I could leave gate went up started pulling off then gate comes back down too late to stop then, security officer says there is no movement at this time and I was leaving the plant of course crashed the gate. Got ticket in Alabama for failure to yield right of way. Cost me 4 points. Yes Rookie mistakes I say but others think different. Remind you I was NEVER with a trainer. So I have learned the hard way.
