Swift has driver facing cameras and sound monitoring technology inside the truck. Sound monitoring can listen to voices, CB chatter, phone calls, etc.
The way it's been explained on here is a 3rd party monitors the sounds and anything the camera sees and reports to Swift, anything they feel they need to.Sergio De Abreu Thanks this. -
Question: Can you drive a manual transmission? If you can drive a manual transmission, I would go with Maverick. I believe that Maverick runs all automatics, but I'm not looking at today, I am looking at tomorrow. If you cant drive a manual, going to Maverick will hurt you on your next gig.
The driver cams are a dealbreaker for me, so I wouldn't go to Swift regardless of pay. -
Triplesix is right, if you're a brand new driver, starting at a company that only runs automatics will be potentially harmful in the future. Swift is an adequate place to start, but I think you can do better. Give ozark motor lines a try, they're HQed right in Memphis.
