Tuition reimbursement is the main reason I'm not leaving until a year experience.

So far I am. I picked Abilene Motor Express out of Richmond, VA. It's been pretty laid back, management knows me by name and where I'm from. Fellow drivers are all pretty cool and willing to help each other out.

    Vintage Pablo Thanks this.

I'm happy here at maverick. Most of the time atleast, the flatbed work sometimes get frustrating but company wise not their fault. My hometime been excellent, 2 weeks out and I had 4-5 days off the past 2 times out. Only once I had an 34 hour hometime. I was with a company that was 5 days off and 2 days off and I hated that, I actually get quality hometime here.

I never got bother and my manager had called me atleast 5 times within a year, and that was just telling me I can go home early.

Dispatch can be iffy but I haul specialize freight so that was expected.

I'm 11 months out of school went with Watkins Shepard trucking. I'm extremely happy. Of course there are better opportunities out there and it's about time for me to look at some. But I'm home every weekend and once during the week and make really good money. Run the same route every week. It's gonna take a home nightly job to make me leave Watkins.

Better than 3-4 weeks out and the 2-3 home. A friend of mine had a local flatbed gig but he said it's very long days though.

Night and weekend dispatch is useless. Only contact them if I absolutely have to. Could ask a magic 8 ball and get better answers
