    Hey I should be up and running with a stepdeck and new MC in 30-60 days. Anyone have any suggestions for hiring a dispatcher to move me around or a company to work with. I'm a one man gig and don't want to have to find all my own loads.

    Thanks for any help.

    Depending on your area l would look for some seasonal type work. That will help you get your foot in the door until you're more established. Plus it usually pays a little more.
