I'm a bit rusty on the O/O part, but if you are doing extreme hauling, some things never change,,get a Mack.

Do you live in west texas?

Get a job driving for a company and learn about that particular niche before you start planning and buying. Going into it blind will most certainly not end well. My 2 cents.
SavageMuffin and fss99701 Thank this. -
Specially when you break down and are sitting for 2 months
fss99701 Thanks this. -
You can haul sand boxes with a normal truck if your trying to go cheap. They stay under the legal weight for the interstate. Upgrade little things at a time when you have some extra. 11R22.5 tires is normally the first upgrade if you didn't want to buy new 24.5 rims. Liberty and Sandbox are the two big ones but you might want to look for a smaller contractor to lease on to if you already have the truck. I know sandbox requires your own authority and insurance to pull for them

Drive someone else’s truck and learn the ropes.....
But if you insist read all of this then ask questions.......
So you want to "own " your own company
