My fresh stuff always leaks. LOL. Love seeing motorists turn on the windshield wipers on to clean their windows off. Thats what they get for tailgating.LOL

If you have an old reefer don't bother hauling sub zero loads. I once hauled a -10 F load in July to from Chicago to LA and the poor reefer got so abused she never quite worked righted after that.

My first "cheeken" load was from Albany, Ga to Cincinnati, Oh. Leaked blood all the way. After I unloaded, The receiver had me pull out to wait for bills. I nosed in next to a couple of other truck so the trailer would drain. It was 95* outside.

I didn't eat no cheeken for 2 months. Sometimes I still pass and eat something else :biggrin_25526:

This site needs a vomit smiley.

We do returns, I had to pick up a box that was soiled and smelled on the first drop, and then had more drops on the load.

I was told to take the bar code off the box, when I did, I found the package that had leaked and not having a good place to dump the box and all contents, dumped leaky package and the box and the smell was gone.

Last drop was at a fish place in St.Louis. I don't know how they got the smell out of that trailer that no fish was put on; and just from sitting in the dock on a warm day.

I never hauled it but we picked up frozen fish in Boston to use as pet food, getting those trailers to smell good involved good cleaning and lots of coffee grounds.
