    At some point we have to start policing our own, if that means snapping pictures and sending them to their company as well as local police department so be it. I've done this at the home depot by my apartments and police response was actually faster than you'd expect.

    Battery powered angle grinders are good for cutting off blown inside tires so you can limp to a tire shop instead of waiting for road service....

    Yet another use for them. :)
