Seeing what’s out there for a single owner op wanting to pull a tanker.
I have an 2004 Pete. No pto or pump but I can use my truck air to offload.
    7 1/2 yrs experience. 5 pulling tanks.
    Dry bulk and liquid chemicals.

I've worked for QC and Dana (Dana/Suttles/LTC) and many O/Os did not have pumps. Pretty much depended on what the primary shippers out of each terminal required.

Gulf states intermodal didn’t used to unload a lot, most customer unloads, a few air off only, but that was rare.

You can try Chemical Transfer, they are out of california, but have a yard in Portland oregon, and I think a few places east.
