I have a lot of posts from new drivers who have been terminated for an incident/accident. They all seem to be unable to get a second chance from another company. Is this the case for most? Is the trucking industry that unforgiving?

well I know when I was filling out apps that I saw on a lot of places that took you in as a recent grad "no more than 1 preventable accident" sometimes 2. maybe not the better companies you need experience for but I believe you wont be totally unemployable. It might depend on that actual accident, im sure a fatal wreck might be harder to land a job after.

    For 'an' incident/accident?
    One?
    Probably not.
I think most have been given at least a second chance.

But for those that continue to mess up, what choice is there?

One roll over may be the only chance. One rear ender.
But for most things, one strike won't end a career.

As long as youre mvr isnt too screwed up then yes, there are plenty of smaller companies that will hire a driver. They dont give a #### about DAC. You find em' on craigs list. But you can forget about the megas. Been there myself.

Rear end and roll over is the kiss of death for the megas.

Is speed the cause for most roll overs?

Speeding around curves, off ramps. Falling asleep and running off the interstate.
