Do not lease with North and South Express. Rod and his staff are there to scam you. Rod and his sleek recruiters will do everything possible to get you to sign a lease contract after that you are in for the surprise of your life. You will not receive any paycheck for the first three weeks. After he starts giving you earning statement you will start seeing that you are always in negative and you will constantly owe him money. He is fund of you below a $1 per mile despite the fact that he told you that you can average a $1.70 going to your truck. In the reality you will average less than $1 for all the miles you travelled. He will also tell your fsc will be 31 cents per mile. Rod does not pay up to 5 cents per mile for this. Rod uses tricks to steal as much money that he can steal from you in the first few weeks you join him. He is also fund holding back your revenue and taking his deductions ahead of time so that when you decide to quit he is sitting on your money which you would never get back. His business practices are to use you and your truck for free and does not want to pay you a penny for it. When you decides to leave you 2ill realize you have lost several thousands of dollar to this guy. Rod and his staff will hide information from you and only release to you the information that will benefit them. I hate to see another O/O or driver fall into his trap. Please stay away from him. If you don't you will loose all what you have.
