O/O and L/O Comdata Issue

Yes i did notice that I had 2 fuelings not on my statement,1 last week and 1 i did yesterday that is not showing up yet..............hmmmm,they'll find it then short check me when they do take it out

 

I fueled up 3 times today, no request for Mac 11. I had to take the card in all 3 times for authorization. All 3 clerks commented that they had never seen a red comdata card before. The 3rd girl actually called comdata before she would turn my pump on and asked them if it was a legit card lol.

 

I haven't had a problem qetting authorized, but my last 2 fuels didn't have the Mac 11 notification sent.

 

You typically do that?

 

I fueled at the terminal yesterday and MAC 11 came up. Fueled today and it did not. I have not had any problems getting fuel, but on my settlement for this week, the fuel that I purchased twice on the last trip has not shown up and they where before Wednesday but they were on a trip that I delivered on Thursday. I am going to look again on Monday. Sometimes they catch up to me just before the end of the pay week. If they forget, then oh well. Also the two that I am missing, MAC 11 did not come up, but no problem using the card in the reader at one Loves and one Pilot. Was just checking my last settlement, and everything that I purchased was on there, which included the fuel that I purchased on a Saturday. Did notice something that I have never seen before, a NORTHEAST BONUS, $70.00. I was in Syracuse. Been there 3 times in the past, and never seen that bonus.

 

I got a bonus this next week also - after taxes, $50 bucks even.
To be deposited on the 16th.

Don't have any idea what it is for though.

 

why is it that you have a red card?LOL, I want one now...........

 

No idea either but it seems to be company wide seems like swift is trying to pay us off for something we have really been shorted on.

 

My last 4 fuelings are not showing up on my statement,even tho the trip shoes up........hmmmmm guess its free,lol...........
