That's pretty much the same as mine now.. I'm right in that price range.

I have an agent out of Searcy AR, she didn’t write the policies, but i had her become my agent/contact.

She at least called me and told me he commercial policy went up.

She had a cheaper one with another company, but they wanted both trucks on the commercial policy which would’ve been like $24-25k/ year

I’ll send your their office number if you want and she can run some numbers, she found one cheaper, if i didn’t have that spare truck.

She can run numbers, she’s an agent for more than one company

I'm actually thinking of shutting down temporally at the end of my policy if the rate goes up too much. I've wanted to relocate my business out of FL for some time because commercial insurance is too #### much and I can't even get health insurance here so I've been wanting to shut down here and relocate.

Being fuel prices are so ridiculous, I might take this opportunity to do that and simply shut down until sanity is found again.. Regardless I want out of FL because I'm tired of garbage rates either in or out and doing that means a new DOT# no matter what. I'm just trying to figure out the right spot to go that has the right balance of commercial insurance/health care insurance rates & freight rates. It's hard to find a place that has them all.....

There’s a way to keep the minimum insurance required 750k and no truck on the policy to keep authority active.

I haven't renewed yet but it is getting to be about that time again. Hope I don't see anything crazy for renewing simple liability only on my truck. I'm sure I'll cry putting full coverage/comprehensive on the new stepdeck that's supposed to be showing up sometime in the next couple months.

Supply and demand has pushed the prices higher. Soon tables will turn, they’ll all be competing to gain Marketshare.
