I have an oil leak coming from my front portion of my engine. I had my mechanic look at it and he was saying that it is either my front cover gasket or a oil leak coming from the air compressor. I will say that most of the leaking is mainly on the driver's side I hardly see much on the passenger side of the motor.

Look up above the compressor where the front cover meets block and head. About 8 in above where the compressor bolts to the motor. They like to leak at the drivers side cam cover where it meets the head.

If it's dry above the compressor it might be the compressor gasket but my guess is it's coming from above that.

    Cw5110 Thanks this.
