Suckneider is Suckneider and always will be guy. You could come back "if allowed" 2 years later and still have the same *hit.

Did you not talk with the 2 i recommended?

National Carriers is more out your way. Good outfit also.

    Ditch Suckneider and roll on....

lol they’re not the best but they’re not the worst. My problem is I’ve had 2 companies in 1 year. I don’t really want to make it a third. I’m at like 9 months experience so I’m really close now. I checked out those other jobs. Looks good I just need to make a plan, and I really wasn’t planning on leaving this job, but they kind of pushed me out sooner than anticipated.

Keep rolling with one of the other's mentioned. You take the summer off you'll be looking at more money out the window for a refresher course.

Trust me.....F the pumpkin & don't look back. Empire or Ozark will treat you right.

It’s not my business and this is just an opinion, people make way too big of a deal out of “no state income tax”. I was born and raised in South Dakota. Spent 15 years of my adult life in Montana. Returned to South Dakota. And now I’m in Nebraska. It’s a wash. I didn’t all the sudden have a bunch more money when I returned to South Dakota.

South Dakota had no state income tax but you pay sales tax on everything. Montana has income tax but no sales tax. Nebraska has both. At the end of the year it doesn’t matter a whole lot.

I’d figure out where I wanted to live for sure, and pursue jobs in that area. Doesn’t have to be local work, but at least a company that has a local presence.

I had a guy talk me into quitting a haul I had when I was an owner operator for a different one that supposedly payed better. I should have never done it, but I did and it sucked. I finally quit with no idea where I was going from there. I called my old boss and he said they might could use one more truck he wasn’t sure. I called the owners daughter who had always been my friend and she said to come on. I was so happy to go back, I have been very slow to quit a job I liked since then.

If you quick leave for greener pastures. Don’t expect same relationship when you come back. They will half expect you to just leave next time you find a better deal.

Your not wrong. Where many myself included see the biggest saving is cost of living. I still make about what i did in missouri. Just my cost for day to day items and such is about 30% lower and almost 50% lower then utah.

The no income tax does help a bit though but your correct not insofar as much as people thing.
