Ok is it me, I don’t understand

    What is all the threads about these small Chicago companies?They seem to all be the same.I have 20 years experience and they ripped me off .All the reputable major trucking companies are in Chicago or surrounding areas as well as im guessing some very reputable smaller companies based out of Chicago such as say grocery store DCs.Why do guys with 20 years experience take a chance on some fly by night jobs or is this not drivers at all posting is this the way some companies try to get rid off competitors by bad mouthing other companies to make it harder for them to find drivers.

    I bet they just see a ad showing big bucks and don't bother looking further. Like that company you see on the road claiming $1400/week on their trailers

    1400 bucks weekly after taxes is good money in my house. Hell I could make 1400 bucks weekly work before taxes. It won't necessarily allow for many luxuries but I'm a but if a minimalist lol

    1099 is bad news unless you're really making big bucks and know what you're getting into. I wouldn't touch a full time 1099 job for less than $2000 a week.
