    Schneider is .31 and waiting on the final word at HO. Both have sign on bonuses and tuition re-imbursement.

    I don't know anything about H.O. but we started at Schneider. Schneider is a great place to start and they have a good training program.

    I have a copy of the actual pay scale from HO Wolding which was given to me by a CDL school I was considering. Do not have time to scan and post the entire thing right now but I will give you the first year levels

    0-6 months - .32
    6-9 months - .33
    9-12 months - 34
    1 year - .35

    Safety bonus is .01 all miles quarterly

    Quarterly performance bonus is as follows;
    24,500 - 27,125 miles - .01
    27,126 - 29,750 miles .015
    29,751 miles and up - .045
