Hiring all positions at the Richmond terminal. Terminal manager name is Mark.

I'm not a recruiter, nor am I looking for a referral bonus. Just trying to look out for other truck drivers tired of the OTR life and live in the area.

Be interested if they're taking on new drivers or experienced only.

I believe experienced with doubles and hazmat endorsements. But they just hired a guy who never pulled doubles before. So, I'm guessing they're flexible. Basically, they want to be comfortable that you can handle a tractor trailer. Otherwise, they'll have you stuck in the straight truck for a while.

But R &L and Estes are also hiring in Richmond Virginia. R&L it's taking anyone with a pulse.

Richmond Virginia isn't interested in non experienced drivers. Not trying to discourage anyone, just letting you know.

A TM took great pleasure in letting me know that my 160 hours were inadequate, that they require 180.

Yes, 180 hours is required, but then again a lot of companies require that 180 hour mark. Seems to be something of a standard whether for LTL or mega truckload companies. I remember when I was looking into trucking schools, I made sure their program was at least 180 credit hours.
