I can't remember if the 2011 trailers had the multifunction control panel or the fixed buttons that were flat with the surface.

There is a combination of buttons on the control panel you can push that'll put you into the advance menu. This will let you unlock those options.

I think the 2011 trailers had the flat control panel so what you'll do is press the 2 outside buttons and then the equal button and that should access the advance menu where you can make changes.

If that doesn't work call prime's main number and ask for the trailer shop and they'll be able to walk you through overriding the settings on the phone.
