    Well at any rate the driver who caused this accident is toast. Failure to reduce speed,and the company now owes somebody a Land Rover,a Chrysler Town & Country minivan,a Toyota Camry-all of this in a construction zone! Not to mention replacing a Mack daycab isn’t cheap. Good thing it was a diesel model and not a CNG/LNG!

    My best guess would be that this driver nodded off while he was driving or he had his head in his cellphone.
