Moral of the story? Take care of your kids so we don't have to. Or it will bite you.

Actually most if not all states can suspend your driving privileges for failure to pay child support. Don't mess with that if you rely on a CDL to make a living. You will get the ol' shaft.

One of the OTR trucking stipulations you will see at almost all companies is no suspensions within the last 3 years. It doesn't matter how you get it. Some are points, some not. Try to keep your license for 3 years without a suspension.

See a fair amount of tankers and reefers of Prime running along the 401 in Ontario.

Violating a court order is a crime.

I was definitely behind. I paid $2000 at the beginning of the year but I still owe $3000. For the record though, it wasn't a hardship on the child and still have great relationship with mother...BUT when the courts are involved, they don't care about anything else.

    I think crime is a strong word...Anyhow,

I will know something from PRIME tomorrow but I spoke to CRST and since it had nothing to do with driving, they will take me. At least things aren't hopeless as I first thought. I can still going to vigorously pursue PRIME as they pay sooo much better. (.45 vs .25)

That's sad felons could get a Job before a veteran I've applied to Stevens and Prime and because of work history was denied both from a callback.Been out of work 7
months.Does anyone know of any other companies I can get my cdl from.I put in apps at Swift and CRST today. My mvr is clean, criminal record clean,no accidents or tickets but because I'm not working I get denied that makes no sense.

Lol, yea, they will hire anyone and anything even if it doesn't have a pulse, just as long as it moves. I've worked for several companies but they take the cake for being the biggest clowns in truckin'.
