Once you get six months to a year of experience where should you go for the big buck$?

What if someone want to go local or just be home daily and have no issues with working 6 days a week. What would that person have to do to net 100k.

I make money now driving ready mix than I ever did tanker plus it’s way more fun if you don’t mind getting dirty.

I never knew they paid so much here but as soon as I did I got a job there. Lol

I don’t ever want to run a 700 mile day again.

 

Where are you at? Whats your hourly?

 

Minneapolis. Start at 24.06 full scale is 30.75. Takes four years to reach scale and wages go up about a dollar a year across the board from what a guy who has been there 25 years told me.

Ot after 8, free health care, pension and all of that.

 

Are you in food service? Is this home daily

 

Nah I’m a ready mix driver and yeah home daily.

 

8 months a year?

 

Been driving two years but they only require one.

 

I'm on track to earn 65-70k with Shaffer this year, not including bonus.

I have now been driving a bit less than 2.5 years.

I also bust my tail to get all the miles I can. If I slacked off some I could still make 60k, but I like to drive and keep moving.
