You really shouldn't have a problem with the test. It's pretty common sense as long as you have gone through the handbook and studied a bit.

    Bowmeyer,
I took one of the online practice tests last night, after having studied the state DMV manual for all of 10 minutes a week ago. I scored about 60% on the General Knowledge and 80s and 90s on Air Brakes and Combos. This morning, I studied earnestly for over an hour, retook the online test, and bumped my Gen'l Knowledge all the way up to a 67%. After fretting for awhile, I bit the bullet and headed down to my local DMV office with no additional studying. On the real test, I missed none of 50 questions on the Gen' Knowledge, 1 of 25 on air brakes, and 1 of 20 on Combos. I'm not sure that the online tests are very accurate or very helpful. Sometimes, ya just gotta go for it :)

The dot tests are not really desigend to fail you. They are however made for you to think and not just click away.

As mentioned above if you fail the first time, you are allowed to retest. Once you have taken it and see how the test is formatted and worded the next time will be a piece of cake.

One of my endorsment tests I took and failed by one question that I had not studied for at ALL. the next day went back retook and scored 97.

Advice for everyone read through your operator's manuals thoroughly and most will not have a problem.

    Good luck to all.............:biggrin_2558:

Look, man, there is no "site" for this that is a "real" site. What you need to do is, simply, study and pass it. It is VERY easy...a MORON, like me, can make a 100, 100, 98, 100. I mean it is so simple. Don't worry...you'll get it! I have the IQ of a snail and I passed it all! Just DO IT is all I can say.

    :)

I think you may want to look at roadwars web site for tests
