He would be correct......I've never seen anywhere else the amount of pure junk that runs out of Savannah. And @Farmerbob1 the emissions nonsense is mostly for the Atlanta area. I've lived in Georgia 30 years and have never done an emissions test.

My uncle told them that in Commiefornia. Eventually a supervisor came out and waived the snap test.

 

I believe the emissions requirements are in the surrounding counties of Atlanta, not the whole state

 

This seems like another good reason for me to set the voluntary RPM maximum in the computer of my truck to 1700 RPM.

You want me to rev higher than 1700, officer? Do you have the proper equipment and certifications to change the maximum RPM that the computer is set to allow? No? Too bad, neither do I.
