I've read somewhere on here that I have to send in picture if my cab card along with # off of my transponder to Oregon DOT in order to register it with them. Right now I'm being pulled into every open scale in Oregon.
What is the proper email address?
    Thanks guys

On a related subject... why is it that Oregon and Washington pull me in EVERY time they're open (prepass)?

I get green light 95+% of the time anywhere else in the country.

I've heard it's because it's an east coast truck, but I don't buy that.

If their closed, it flashes green just fine.

    Skin flints!

Because “Prepass” does not work in Washington or Oregon. Norpass is the system they accept.

I think the guys running the scale at mm 274 on 5 in Oregon may have brain damage.

I've been given the green light in Spokane at an open scale maybe three times in the last few years... so Prepass must work in Wa/Or.

When they're closed I get green... so PP must be linked.

It's just extremely rare to get a green at an open in WA/OR.

Norpass and PP have linkage in some states, like KY.
Must be true there as well, or I wouldn't be getting variable signals.

    Doesn't matter I guess.
If it's red I'll go in and give them the stink eye.
