Other truck drivers are buying beer, should I report them?

Not on my rig they won't. Like I told that officer, I won't put my dog in my truck, what makes you think you can put yours in it. lol

 

The flying hook in vegas not only sells beer and wine, they serve it too, so does the flying j in rawlins Wy, or maybe that is rock springs, crs kicking in. I have been in several truckstops that had a full fledged bar in them, one in Arizona, Tonapah iirc.

Heck, carls corner originally had a strip joint in it. I know of several that has strip joints in the parking lots one in arizona and two in montana.

 

You should call the president tell them billy the driver at the truck stop having a beer he needs to send in the marines to stop it. heres a example how it goes down

President: we have a report of a driver drinking beer at a truck stop we need the marines sent in to help these drivers.
Marines : jump down from C-130 and storm in ask the man you have any extra beer we just came here make sure your okay and need make sure everyone safe.
Driver: hell ya they have a beer special lets go get more I was former marine back in desert storm.

Hour later

President how the mission go

Advisor: they are making sure the beer is safe to be drink

President what? why wasn't I invited get me Air Force One I need be there inspect the troops and beer.

Vice president: where the hell is the president?

Advisor: he had to ensure the troops are drinking american beer at a truck stop.

Vice president: SOB I knew I never should become his VP now I need a excuse he took the plane for beer.

Next day

Advisor we can say he's not in his right mind making you president.

Vice president: thank god how do we proceed?

President walks in Shut the hell up advisor your fired. VP get back in the #### shed I will call you when I need you make me look good.

 

We are a dry county.

I have to travel two counties to get alcohol. And the spearmint schnapps is not available in my state so it\s out of state for that product. Either Hiram Walker or DeKrypur. I make do with a very occasional snifter once a year after waiting a week to get medicines out of my system.

 

I’ve taken part in some pretty good truck stop block parties on weekends back in the day..... seemed like the best ones were always in Texas.

 

Everything is bigger in Texas would be rude if we didn't throw the biggest parties.

 

Lordy, I am glad I outgrew Texas parties, more especially East Texas, might include lowsiana too. lol

 

I remember some of the taverns by the sea in Virginia and Carolina.

I take a small drink and when the party reaches a point at which the people begin to mutual fighting with no law called, I try to abandon the premises. Im not as big as some of the giants in there. And I prefer to have my limbs to drive that semi. HA...

 

Louisiana parties can be dangerous in the bayou one minute having good time the next gator has a full belly. I think in east Texas on the border lake we have the party enders swim and the gators have a snack to be honest we just sped the process up anyways we all knew it was gonna happen one day anyways.
