Out of hours, but forced to leave property after loading.

Here in CA if a cop orders you to do something and you do not comply you can be cited for that. I wonder if legally the local cops order trumps the DOT?

its an unfortunate situation to be stuck in but your only option was to leave to customer before you were out of hours and go to a safehaven for your 10.

Never give in to someone whose weapon is a roll of quarters to call the rural cops. Tell them to f off and close your door. Not a #### thing he can do

If a shipper was taking too long to load or unload I'd tell them I would drop the trailer at the dock and bobtail out before my hours were up. -
Insinuating that this was a result on some failure to procure psychic powers upon entering the transportation industry on my part is insulting and totally unreasonable. Furthermore, I think it's just that sort of complacent attitude that makes shippers think this sort of behavior is okay. Problems in shipping?
