Owner operator under own authority..??

    if you an owner operator..under your own authority...can you work for or help out 2 different companies at once??? Like swift amd schnider?? If yes and no..please explain...

    With your own authority you can haul for as many brokers as you want

    Wait?

    YOU can't just help out with a load, it has to be legal, which means that company (example Swift) will be your customer, and because they are your customer, then everything has to be done just like it is a customer - BOL, confirmation, etc. ...

    I have drivers who do distressed loads for companies like Swift, had one last night. I treat them just like I treat BMW or General Electric.
