PFJ not adding points and shower scam

So, I have been in the trucking game for 9 months now. I don't claim to be a know-it-all or anything but I have caught on to a continental problem with PFJ's not adding points. Here are some questions/issues I have:

1.) My company does the "fuel and go" garbage, so no receipt for me at the pump. Is there a way to change this that anyone knows of? I know I can go inside and print one at the Kiosk, but that's more time especially if I have no reason to go inside.

2.) When you get the "Shower Power" you earn 1 free shower per day for a month. I see the Shower Power line in the app and the receipt and it never has a value other than zero. I pump 1,000+ gallons a month and only earn 7 showers. I lose a shower a day regardless if I use it or not. It shows up on the transactions in the loyalty card site.

3.) I do not receive any points for scales.

4.) My gallons get tracked right up to the 1,000 gallon mark (for the $10 bonus reward) and then they stop adding it. Makes me feel like they try to "overlook" my fillup's to see if I'll say anything.

With these things being said, I'm VERY sure I'm not the only one who is having problems. Anyone else running in to any of these problems? What was your fix? I already sent an email out to the corporate office calling them out on their "lack" of following thru on their promises.

I hear you. Yes, you are correct. I was just wondering if there was a better option (like getting a receipt at the pump). I run nights and when I fill up (usually when the rush is starting to leave) it's a mad house. I just HATE being "that guy" that someone is waiting on to move. I have seen too many ##### out there that don't care, and I REFUSE to be one. I guess all in all I will have to bite the bullet and just pull forward and run in, LOL!
